ORDER TIMELINE

When to Place Orders:

For orders of 6 to 24 cupcakes, you need to order at least one week ahead of time.

For orders of more than 24 cupcakes, you need to order at least two weeks ahead of time.

Making Changes to Orders:

If you want to change something about your order, you must tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery.

Changes requested after this time cannot be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Regular Orders:

If you cancel, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.

For Custom Orders:
-
If you cancel a custom order that required us to buy special materials or design something unique, 80% of the payment is non-refundable.

Payments and Refunds:

To start your order, you need to pay a 50% deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of paying, you’ll get 50% of your money back. After that, the non-refundable rules above will apply.

ORDER DETAILS

Receipts and Extras:

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a receipt.

If you want extras or special services (for example, catering), you need to let us know when you order. These extras may cost more than the prices you see online.

Inspiration Photos and Customization:

You can send us inspiration photos to show what you want your order to look like. We’ll do our best to match the style, but since everything is homemade, it might not look exactly the same.

ORDER APPROVAL PROCESS

Before we finalize your order, we’ll send you all the details for review and approval. This helps make sure everything is clear and matches what you want.
AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING

Even though I work a regular 9-to-5 job, I try my best to make time for your events and orders, no matter the day or time.

If I can’t meet your requested date or time, I will let you know within 24-48 hours so we can figure out another plan that works for you
