TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Janyia's Cucpakes! By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

ORDERING POLICY
All standard orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Rushed orders (under two weeks) may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on availability. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be made through approved methods (CashApp, PayPal, Zekke, etc) as stated at checkout. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Full payment is due before pickup or delivery.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the order is canceled, 50% is non-refundable. If the custom items or special materials were purchased, 80% is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late pickups
DESIGNS & INSPIRATION
While I welcome inspiration photos, all custom designs are created in my own style and will not be exact copies, Please be clear about your desired colors, themes, and extras when placing your order.
PICKUPS & DELIVERIES
Pickup times must be scheduled and honored. Orders not picked up within the agreed window are considered forfeited. Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. This must be confirmed at the time of order.
PRODUCT QUALITY & ALLERGENS
All products are made fresh using high-quality ingredients. My kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior toward the business owner or staff I'll not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Janyia's Cupcakes reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. ANy updates will be posted on the website with an updated effective date..
